Oatmeal Cookie Protein Smoothie Recipe

This has been my absolute favorite smoothie these days.  I have a protein smoothie every morning no matter what!  It fuels my day and keeps me full all morning.  

This oatmeal cookie smoothie is pure dessert in the cup without all the calories.  It’s divine!  Try it out today and tell me how you like it!  I like to make 4 at a time so I can meal prep my week and not worry about making breakfasts for a few days.  It’s seriously the way to go.  

Oatmeal Cookie Protein Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is the perfect way to fuel your day! It's the best breakfast that will keep you full all morning and tastes just like an oatmeal cookie. I love meal prepping these for the week.

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter but make them heaping scoops!)
  • 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • .5 cup frozen mixed berries
  • .25 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and add them to the blender.
  • Blend for about a minute, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Split smoothies up into 4 small cups and top with plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 7 days.
  • Thaw frozen smoothie in the fridge 24 hours ahead of time and it's perfect!

Add ins could include: spinach, chia seeds, swap out your nut butter or add different fruit!  Make it your own and I promise it’ll still be so yummy!
