Ingredients
- 4 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 4 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter but make them heaping scoops!)
- 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
- .5 cup frozen mixed berries
- .25 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and add them to the blender.
- Blend for about a minute, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Split smoothies up into 4 small cups and top with plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 7 days.
- Thaw frozen smoothie in the fridge 24 hours ahead of time and it's perfect!
