Hello! I’m Brittany!
Welcome to my blog. I’m so excited to start all of this as I am starting a new chapter in my life as well. Let me tell you a little about me:
I’m 29 year old dog-mom and wife. My husband Nate, my golden doodle Winston, and I live in West Michigan, where I’ve lived all my life. I work for a cleaning company (only for a few more weeks!) and will soon start my new path into SAHM: Stay at Home Mothership. Nate and I have been married 5 years and are expecting our first baby girl due in July. We are ecstatic to grow our little family and I’m so happy to share the journey with you guys!
Not only am I a mom-to-be but I’m a SUPER CRAFTER. That’s right. I craft all the things. If you name it, I’ve probably tried it at some point. I have so many DIYs, recipes, home projects, hacks, and lazy solutions that I’m rearing to share with everyone!
Speaking of lazy solutions… That’s the name of this blog! The name all started with an Instagram page my best friend, Anna, and I made 2 years ago. The page is full of funny and inspiring mom quotes (all in my signature pink and white). At first, Anna and I thought we would make a YouTube channel all about lazy solutions and simple hacks to every day life but, since we are INCREDIBLY LAZY, we only did about 6 or 7 videos and quickly gave up on that. I’ve loved keeping up on Instagram and posting quotes every day. We both enjoy doing IG stories and sharing our lives on there too.
Thank you guys so much for finding my page. I love writing, and crafting, and chatting with people so feel free to reach out to me whenever you need it. Also, if you ever find any hilarious mom quotes please send them my way! I would love to share them with our growing mom community.
I’m stoked to be part of this mom club now! I’ve worked in a daycare, cared for my niece and nephew, had all sorts of amazing mom friends, but now I can finally be officially crowned into this awesome group of moms! Moms are amazing superheroes who deserve a free Starbucks drink and a donut every morning.
