Struggling to find that perfect gift for your computer loving companion? Look no further!
I have the perfect list just for you. I’ve lived with a video game and computer connoisseur for years now and can tell you all the gifts he’s loved and gifts he’s graciously accepted but never used.
All of these things are computer enthusiast approved! I’ll list everything priced low to high. Happy shopping!
1. Large Mouse Pad ($)
This large desk pad is not only for your mouse but for the entire space in front of you. It’s perfect to keep your desk protected and to not have your mouse slipping off the edge of a tiny mouse pad in the middle of an intense game! And at only $10 it’s the perfect gift for anyone with a computer.
2. Headphone Hook ($)
I love this desk accessory! It’s an ideal solution to keeping your desk organized. This headphone hook clamps to the side of your desk and you can store your headphones either under or next to your desk. You know exactly where you put them and they’re out of the way.
3. Blue Light Blocking Glasses ($)
These are a great gift for anyone honestly! If you own a phone or look at a screen at all during the day you should be using these.
Blue light glasses help block those harmful rays that give you headaches or make your eyes tired. If the person you’re shopping for uses a computer for many hours a day, snatch these glasses up!
4. LED Strip Lights ($)
Living with someone so much into electronics I’ve come to find out that LEDs are essential. Not a fun thing to have, but a NEED. Here are some that are RBG, have music sync, smartphone control, scene control, and stick to almost anything. Have fun with these ones!
5. Wrist Pad/Rest ($)
This is a lifesaver if you are using a mouse all day long. It’s an ergonomic wrist rest essential if you’re a PC gamer.
6. Gaming Mouse ($)
This is one of my computer expert’s favorite mice to use. It’s the budget friendly version of a great gaming mouse. It has over 17,000 reviews on Amazon!
7. Budget Friendly Over-Ear Headphones ($)
If you’re looking for noise cancelling headphones that will not break the bank then these are a great find. They’re wireless and have 40 hours of playtime.
8. Budget Friendly Wireless Earbuds ($)
These are kind of my bonus item because this honestly would be a fantastic gift for anyone. Everyone is always looking for an alternative to Airpods and these are it. They have amazing reviews on Amazon, they have noise reduction, and 40 hours of playtime.
9. Wireless Gaming Mouse ($$)
This is just the fancy version of the other mouse. This mouse is wireless and comes with a charging dock and a 70 hour battery, it has 8 programmable buttons, and it’s an ambidextrous design.
10. Gaming Keyboard ($$)
RBG LEDs! You will not believe how much I have learned about keyboards. Apparently the way the buttons sound and feel as you press them matters a whole lot! This keyboard is RGB backlit and is compatible with Mac and Windows.
11. Noise Cancelling Headphones ($$)
We got these headphones for my husband this year and he’s in love with them. They’re listed last on here because they are a little bit pricey but not as high as something like Beats.
Reasons why my husband loves them: “They’re super comfortable, they sound great, they’re super flexible because they’re either bluetooth or wired, and they have really good noise cancelling.” Raving review from someone who uses them 8+ hours a day!
And there you have it! These top 11 things are highly rated and all used basically every day by my “expert”. Whether you’re shopping for a holiday, a birthday, or just because, they’re sure to absolutely love any of these gifts!

Would love a list of “11 things a geek would love but doesn’t have yet!”…asking for a friend. 😏
